Artist statement

Well, For some reason blogger is not posting off of my home computer so I am typing to you today from my roommates computer which is actually a little funny feeling. I'll just copy/paste you what wouldn't work before so you can see it:

I am supposed to talk about my artist statement in blog blog which basically is the state of mind I go for when I want to work on art. For myself it can really just be as simple as something that I think will be interesting. I am always open to change in any project I work on so nothing I do is ever set in stone for me. So many of my projects have been changed at the last minute and those have been my favorites by far, purely because I am flying by the seat of my pants and following only what I feel, which I think is how real art should work.

Here is some more music for you: Grizzly Bear, a band from brooklyn, not super new and a little different, indie rock band but I love em. They have an acapella version of a song that is pretty cool to hear, I'm looking forward to what comes of them.

Screw Philosophy

So I was taking a philosophy class this quarter and it sucked entirely and I pretty much hated it. I will tell anyone I can to avoid the class with any means necessary because it was one of the worst classes I have taken. The professor was never clear about any due dates for the class and even left a few assignments off of the sylabus. We also seemed to never go over any content that was for the class nor have assignments on conent until the final I took today, needless to say, it sucked.

So today I have officially stepped into the realm of evil, the realm that is WoW, or world of warcraft for those of you who aren't into that sort of thing. I was really bored sitting at home and not being at the tournament. I have not figured out if this will be a good thing or not because I usually get really into games until I beat them, and well, there is no beating this game. I will follow up on this later.

There was an ultimate Frisbee tourney this weekend, however because of a combination of class and weather being crappy I have decided not to go. I will be lazy and sit here at my house working on homework and sketches for my class. None of my sketches are anything I would be even slightly proud to put online since I pretty much hate most of my work until it actually gets to it's finished state.

I just realized that neither of my posts for the weekend got posted, they were only saved as drafts so I will post them in the proceeding posts so I apologize for 3 posts in one day that seem to be unrelated.
